Scope of this policy
These rules cover our guide and nothing else. WinSpirit has its own privacy policy, which takes over once you register, deposit or play there, and since that is where your ID and payment data are processed, read it before signing up.
Reading this guide needs no account and no personal details.
What a visit records
Like most websites, this one keeps basic technical logs: the browser and device type, the language setting, the pages opened and the time of the visit. We use these figures in aggregate, for example to see how many readers open the bonus page in a week or how many arrive on a phone, so we know which pages need work. The logs are not linked to names or email addresses, and no information about our readers passes to the casino.
Cookies
The site uses technical cookies that make pages work and analytics cookies that count visits without identifying anyone. You decide what stays on your device: the browser settings let you block cookies, delete the ones already stored or ask to be warned before a new one is saved. Blocking analytics cookies changes nothing in how the site works.
What we never ask for
We never ask for identity documents, card or bank details, casino passwords or the seed phrase of a crypto wallet. None of these is needed to read a guide. If anyone contacts you in our name asking for them, do not reply and do not click their links.
How long we keep data and who sees it
Technical logs are kept only as long as they help us fix errors and understand which pages are useful, and are then deleted or reduced to totals that say nothing about a single visit. Hosting and analytics providers process them on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to that task. We do not sell data. We do not build profiles of readers.
Your rights under Australian privacy law
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use for statistics by writing to the contact address in the footer. We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours before acting. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. This policy was reviewed in October 2026, and changes will be dated on this page.
